About Jessica

Hello! I am a 33-year-old experienced caregiver with over 18 years of experience. My love for childcare began at an early age, growing up in a home where my mother operated a daycare. I had the opportunity to assist her from a young age, which sparked my interest in early childhood care and development. At 19, I began working as a nanny for a local family, and I have continued to build my career in childcare ever since. I am an Oregon-certified infant and preschool teacher and am registered with the Oregon Criminal Background Registry. I also hold current First Aid and CPR, Infant Safe Sleep, and Food Safety certifications, along with extensive coursework in early childhood development. I believe in continuously learning and growing as a caregiver so I can provide children with safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care. I stay up to date on best practices and continually expand my skills to ensure I am prepared to support each child's individual needs.
