I provide unmatched above and beyond personalized care to my patients while sticking to my patients policies and procedures like glue to ensure residents' right to safe, prompt and confidential treatment. I respond immediately to my patients needs and concerns to ensure resident's well being. Constantly encouraging and assisting my patient to participate in activities to foster health, independence, and social interaction. I maintain ongoing communication with my patient , resident's family and fellow staff regarding the resident's medical, non-medical, and dietary needs. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Also, strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and patient care. The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. But, most of all I'm compassionate and empathetic towards all my patients.
