Jessica has been caregiver for my parents for two years. As they've had a variety of physical and mental challenges, she has always been reliable, professional, and completely trustworthy. She orders groceries, secures medications, and manages shift scheduling with our care team. She has made sacrifices in her own life, when situations arose, putting my folks' welfare first and foremost. She's been there at all hours, and she was there at the end, when my dad passed. Jessica put the "care" in caregiver and we have been so fortunate to have her.
