Jessica did not show up the first time we set a date and time for cleaning service. I messaged her the day before to confirm and did not here back. After waiting for her to show up, I messaged her expressing disappointment but she said she thought she sent a message explaining she would have to reschedule. I gave her one more chance and even confirmed with her a couple of days prior but she did not show up and did not message me.
