My first job on care. com was with a 3-year-old boy who I remained with for 4 years, caring for weekly in 8 hour shifts. I became close with him and his parents on a family basis. Within that time I also cared for a brother and sister, 4 yrs old and 10mos old, for about half a year a few days a week for around 6 hour shifts. I took a 2 year break and moved to Salinas, where I now care for a 1 yr old boy once every other week for 4 hour shifts and 2 sisters, 8 and 10 years old at the same frequency. I am very comfortable with children of all ages as they are with me. I make sure to cultivate a loving environment for them and like to entertain any of their hobbies while considering any parental requirements.
