Hi, I'm Jessica! I'm 25 and have worked in classrooms as a para educator for children with high needs autism and have 10 years of experience in childcare for kids of all ages and abilities. I love children and treat them like family. I'm patient, kind, and foster mutual respect and boundaries. Children who throw tantrums are no problem for me, I have experience with a wide spectrum of behaviors and work to foster healthy communication while reducing harmful behavior. I can cook, clean, work around different nap schedules, take children grocery shopping, on fun outings, and care for pets. I love to involve children in the kitchen, chores, and cleaning up after themselves. I respect and implement parents' rules for their children. I'm perfectly happy to provide screen-free care.
