About Jessica

Hello! I'm Jessica . I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and I'm currently a full-time graduate student studying Professional Counseling. I'm passionate about helping people, and I love working with children. My future career aspiration is to work with children in foster care as a play therapist. I have an extensive background in caregiving including experience working in a daycare, serving as the program assistant of a Mother's Day Out program, and privately nannying for a local Corpus Christi family. In addition, I am actively involved in serving children in foster care in the Coastal Bend. I have maintained a babysitter and respite care certification with the Department of Family and Protective Services for the last 6 years and have supported many local foster families and children. I am currently in a full-time role, but will be transitioning out of it sometime in May. I look forward to meeting your family and potentially working for you!
