About Jessica

Hello! I'm Jessica . I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and I'm currently a full-time graduate student studying Professional Counseling. I'm passionate about helping people, and I love working with children. My future career aspiration is to work with children in foster care as a play therapist. I have an extensive background in caregiving including experience working in a daycare, serving as the program assistant of a Mother's Day Out program, and privately nannying for a local Corpus Christi family. In addition, I am actively involved in serving children in foster care in the Coastal Bend. I have maintained a babysitter and respite care certification with the Department of Family and Protective Services for the last 6 years and have supported many local foster families and children. I am currently in a full-time role, but will be transitioning out of it sometime in May. I look forward to meeting your family and potentially working for you!

Jessica has cared for my kids from ages newborn to teens. She is always very engaging, patient, and kind. She goes above and beyond to plan out adventures and activities for the day. She always has a smile on her face and brings such a positive light and energy to the room around her. We love having Jessica around our kids, she has become part of the family.
