Jessica began working for us in July 2021. It is clear that she had such a big heart and so much joy around kids. Her style is perfectly suited for our 2 year old son, who enjoys playing with her and is happy to see her. We began in a nanny share experience, which was difficult for all parties and not the correct choice for us. Having a baby and a toddler on different schedules in the same home was challenging and we were happy that all parents were working from home to step in when needed. Our learning curve to adjust felt longer than usual but Jessica has enthusiasm to meld to our needs, and takes feedback with grace. She uses our parenting style and has watched videos upon request regarding techniques based in behavioral science. We find her strengths to be in creativity, play, artistry, and fun destinations. We have given constructive feedback and seen improvement re: behavior intervention, organization, schedule, and eating. We enjoy the the rapport we have built together!
