About Jessica

Hi, my name is Jessica and I'm a recent graduate of Virginia Tech with my degree in Human Development. I am living in Va Beach now! Recently, I was an early childhood educator at a child development center for children 15mo-5 yrs old. I began as a field study student and worked my way up to lead teacher! I have experience in child development, building developmental skills, and creating child-led curriculum based on children's interests and development level. I can provide my own transportation and I am very flexible with my schedule. I am looking for babysitting jobs! The most rewarding moments in my teaching experience were the relationships and connections I built with parents and children. I enjoy working with children because I believe that the development between birth to 5 years old is so important. I would love to offer learning activities and play-based experiences for families who are open to it. I would love to talk more about the opportunity to work with your family!
