Jessica has been an incredible full time nanny for our toddler! She's very caring and nurturing. She's also super engaged, and gives our son her undivided attention throughout the day. She's proactive about planning activities with him - parks, museums, or story time at the library. She has a great personality with kids - she's always singing songs, reading, and keeping up with our high energy kiddo! Our son absolutely loves her and always has a fun story about their day together. She's also been great to work with from a parent perspective. She regularly sends updates and photos about their day. She is also a clear communicator, whether about potty training, scheduling, or food. She's always punctual and dependable, and that's been a huge support for two working parents. I would 100% recommend Jessica to any parent who is looking for a nanny!
