I make it a point to communicate clearly with parents, giving them regular updates on their child's day and any important stuff. I'm flexible with communication, too, whether it's chatting in person at pick-up, sending texts, or giving a quick call. I love doing various activities with kids, from playing outdoor sports to diving into board games and puzzles. I'm about keeping things fun and engaging for kids of all ages and interests! I understand the challenges of being a mom. I have a 6-year-old boy and an almost 5-year-old girl, so I know how important it is for parents to take a break and have some time for themselves or to balance work and family.
