I would like to work with a family who views their nanny as an extension of their family, and works closely with them to provide continuity and routine for their child(ren). Miss Jess was my son's (18 months at the time) nanny for about 6 months and we wish we could have kept her as his nanny forever! She has many years of experience. She is both a wonderful care giver and person. She was flexible with dates and times. She always kept me informed throughout the day how my son was doing, eating, sleeping and playing. She kept him engaged and happy and would often send me pictures. My son was always excited the days she came to watch him. I knew he was in good hands and that gave me peace of mind while I was away. She also didn't mind having my 2 cats and Labrador around; it was nice to have a nanny that loved pets as well. It's difficult to leave your children with someone other than family; by the end of our time Miss Jess was family! I couldn't suggest anyone better if you're looking for childcare.
