About Jess

Hi, I'm Jess! I have 5+ years of experience in nannying, babysitting, children's ministry, teaching, and summer camps. I started working with children in 2020 through my local church, which inspired me to pursue childcare as a career. Since then, I've completed a two-year Children's Ministry Internship, earned an Associate's degree in Church Ministries from Nelson University, and worked as a Children's Ministry Lead Teacher and summer daycare Music & Lesson Teacher. I love creating safe, fun, and engaging environments where children feel valued and cared for. I'm intentional about getting to know each child and adapting my care to their individual needs. Before each job, I have families complete a short form with important details like allergies, routines, bedtime, and dietary needs so I can come prepared. I'm a strong communicator and genuinely love supporting children and families!
