About Jess

I'd describe my personality as calming, conversational and kind. I like working with kids because they remind us all what life is really about. They are imaginative & learning how to navigate the world. I enjoy being a part of that with a family. I also love offering my free time to help families that have a lot going on and just need a little assist! I started working with kids when I nannied for a family with an infant and young toddler for a few years when I was in high school. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, play with my dog, read/write, go on long walks, catch up with friends over coffee My skills include creative play, active listening, and open communication.
