About Jess

Hi! My name is Jess, and I love working with children. I have over a year of experience caring for kids ages 1-10 in both school and childcare settings. I currently work in childcare at the YMCA, where I help create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children every day. Before that, I worked as a one-to-one aide at a school, supporting children, including those with high-functioning autism. That experience helped me develop patience, understanding, and the ability to adapt to each child's unique needs. I'm reliable, caring, and energetic, and I enjoy keeping children active through games, crafts, outdoor play, and other fun activities. My goal is to provide a safe, positive environment where children feel happy, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I look forward to getting to know your family!
