About Jesse

Hi there! My name is Jesse. I have a background in English and Education and for the past three years I've been coaching youth basketball at the YMCA. I also work at a daycare, but those hours are currently a bit inconsistent. Since I definitely want to be in childcare, I'm branching out to try nannying. I love to have fun and have endless patience, so I know I'll be a great fit for your family! I like working with kids because I like to have fun and I enjoy being a part of influencing a child's growth into a kind, respectable person. I'm looking for a job that allows for open and honest communication with parents so expectations are known and can be reasonably met. In my spare time, I like to read, watch movies, play basketball, do art, take walks or bike rides, and play with my cat. My skills include patience, the ability to direct a kid's energy into something productive or positive, and the ability to make any task fun.
