About Jessah

A little bit about me Hi my name is Jessah! I am a Head Start Preschool Teacher (and have been for the last 3 years) during the school year and am looking for a family to help out part time! I love being outside, doing projects, and being with kids. I would describe my personality as quiet (around adults), funny, and kind. I am a big proponent of social emotional learning and regulation as well as learning by play. Before I was a teacher for Head Start, I worked in a privately owned daycare for about 4 years where I worked with infants and toddlers! I have worked with many special needs children in the past. I have many certifications as well as a Bachelors degree in Children and Families.
