Hi families! I am a mom of 2 wonderful young adults that I raised in the Bay Area. I'm a kind, compassionate and caring person. I love children and enjoy helping them grow at every stage of their lives. I love being active in the outdoors as well as staying home having fun creating projects or activities. I have earned 40 ECE units from Diablo Valley College. With that I have gained 20+ years in the childcare field. My previous position; I was with a family for 2 years. I started with C at 7 months now 3 and baby P. My duties included, feeding, diapering, playing, reading, walks, and naps. I was also an assistant director for 4 years in a center, (pre-K/ 6 grade). My starting rate is $ 25. 00 hour for 1 child, 5. 00 more per each sibling. I am looking for long term F/T 40 hour week position. Could consider P/T. I am very responsible, reliable and trustworthy. I thrive to creat a positive and loving environment for your children. I look forward to meeting you and your family.

We highly recommend Jeri as a caregiver/Nanny!! She has been with us since Nov 2014, caring for our beautiful twin boys. She was an absolute “Godsend” as we lived away from family; until they were 2 1/2, my husband and I were alone. I was barely sleeping, and I realized I needed help! I went onto Care.com, not expecting to find as excellent a caregiver as Jeri so easily! After talking to Jeri on the phone and setting up an appointment to meet, I knew then, before even meeting her, we had found our nanny. Since then, we have also made a forever friend! She is a part of our family! Jeri worked full-time until our boys were four and began PreK. Since then, she has been babysitting for us, but she has been there and jumped in to help at a moment's notice once when I broke my jaw after fainting downstairs in 2017 and also in 2019 when I tore my esophagus and spent seven weeks in the ICU. She helped me with my nine-year-old twins with “ Remote School” due to COVID-19 from March 2020 to June 2021. She helped them finish 2nd grade and then all of 3rd grade. Jeri also helped with our summer school program in the Summers of 2020 and 2021; again, she was a God’s send!! Due to all her help, I was confident my twins were ready to return to school as 4th graders. Our twin boys are no flourishing in 6th grade. They had a smooth transition to middle school. We love Jeri, or what our boys call “JJ,” because our twin boys couldn’t pronounce Jeri when they were 2! She is loving, generous, dependable, and firm, which was needed for our then two 1/2-year-old very busy twin boys. Jeri demonstrated tremendous responsibility in taking care of our children and in keeping the house in working order. She is kind, trustworthy, and great with children. Working as a nanny is a passion for Jeri. She loves working with children! She keeps the children busy with activities, such as the park, gym, library, etc). Most importantly, she kept them safe! Which was great peace of mind for my husband and I. Sincerely, Chris and Wendy
