Jerica was our first nanny. She joined our family when our twins were a month old and the most important thing I can say is that, for Jerica, safety is first. We never worried about our kids being safe. She is very child-centric in her care and made sure they got tummy time and feedings and - as the kids grew - incorporated solids and more advanced play into her care. She also drove our family minivan and her driving is excellent. We were very fortunate to have Jerica with us and she still comes and sees the kids and they often speak of her fondly. Would definitely hire her again and your family would be lucky to have her.
