About Jeremy

I'd describe my personality as vigilant, kind, and personable. I like caring for seniors because I was blessed to have wonderful relationships with all of my grandparents, and three of my great-grandparents. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and meaningful. I haven't cared for seniors as a job before. I was on nursing home ministries in college and for a few years after. In my spare time, I like to read and watch movies. I like most watching old TV shows with my kids. One thing you should know about me is I view a person's home as sacred. I don't take lightly the support and safety that a home provides. I have therapists in my home to work with my disabled son, so I know that a person coming into a home must be respectful of it and those that live there. My skills come mainly from helping to care for my disabled son. He requires constant, calm supervision. He has to be helped to eat and drink. And he is incontinent, so I'm used to clean-up duties.
