Jeraldine has been a member of our family for the past two years now as a live-in au pair. She joined us to primarily care for our almost 9 month old, who is now about to turn 3. She also has looked after our 5 year old daughter whenever her school is closed for administrative days and holiday breaks. Bringing her into our lives was by far the best decision we have ever made for our children, and for our family. She absolutely loves our girls as if they are her own. I trust her judgement completely in terms of safety, activities, and teaching the girls how to behave. And she does an amazing job of helping them explore all the city has to offer, from playgrounds to museums, libraries, the zoo, and play dates with neighborhood children. Our daughters both have egg allergies, and she also has been very careful about the foods they eat, which is another aspect of their care that we don’t need to worry about. Jeraldine makes our lives much more manageable because she is flexible, willing to help out when plans change, and incredibly easy going. My husband and I both work, and we have peace of mind knowing that our kids are with Jeraldine and enjoying such wonderful experiences and bonding. They love her more than I ever could have hoped, which gives me so much joy and gratitude. Jeraldine is one of the most kind, loving, generous, sweet, and hard working women I have never met. Her departure from our family will be felt very deeply, and we will forever be grateful for everything she has given us. We plan to remain connected for a lifetime, and cannot speak more highly about her!
