Parents, I’m sad to inform that I was very excited to hire Jen with her many years of experience. We gave her our personal number and address to meet our family and she seemed very excited to start. Lo and behold she was a no call no show the day I headed back to work after maternity leave. Leaving us in the lurch… I would look elsewhere for a dependable and honest nanny, she is lacking severely in professionalism.
