Hi there! I've been providing childcare since 2006 for several families with infants (including twins), toddlers, and elementary through high school-aged children. I've done a lot of daycare, date nights and overnights, sometimes watching up to 4 children. I am comfortable caring for homes and pets as well.

Currently providing occasional day & evening care and am not able to join a family as a permanent caregiver nor provide routine or sick care. Open to discuss certain dates or time frames of your family's needs. 

I have traveled with families to provide live-in care for weekends and up to 3 months while they vacation or work in different cities across the country (NM, TX, TN, FL, PA).

Aside from babysitting, I am a registered dietitian, artist, and surfer.

I chose Jensine because of the reviews I saw on this site, and let me say, she ABSOLUTELY lives up to her reputation. She was the very first person I trusted to watch my baby when I left the house for the first time without her, which felt like a huge milestone for me. It was a relief to know she was in such capable hands while I was gone. Jensine is incredibly comfortable and confident with babies—honestly, with all of her experience, it's safe to say that she knows more about babies than I do! She even managed to earn the trust of our dog, who is usually very wary of strangers, which felt like an endorsement in itself. I am grateful I found her and would absolutely recommend her to other families!

Jensine was always on time and followed our instructions perfectly to help with our 11 month old. She took her on walks and played with her at our home and was so helpful to us for childcare. 

Jensine was the first sitter outside of family members to watch our son when he was 6months old. Jensine immediately eased our minds with her caring nature, professionalism and experience. She is also wonderful with our two dogs, one who was still a rowdy puppy at the time. She is the sitter you hope to find when reaching out to someone new. We can’t recommend her enough!  

Jensine was prompt, professional, clean, and followed directions! Our 3 yo son enjoyed spending time with her.

Jensine was professional and amazing with our 5 year old son over the month while staying in Philadelphia. She was very warm and engaged in arts and crafts while getting outdoors and also kept our son well behaved. 

Jensine is fantastic! She helps me take care of my twins while I'm also juggling with my toddler, usually at bedtime. She's great with communication, works with them to meet their milestones (she had them sitting up before I even told her that's what we're working on) and intuitively cares for them when they're upset. Bedtime is always a complex process around here, and she makes it run so smoothly. 

Jensine has been the primary caregiver for my senior, high maintenance, reactive dog for years. She has the most patient and understanding nature of anyone I've hired in hopes of finding long term reliable and consistent care for him.

More importantly, she has only been the only caregiver I value and trust enough to book overnight stays for my toddler so I am able to enjoy a rare kid free evening, guilt free knowing my daughter is safe, protected, and thoroughly engaged. She is always attentive, active, and communicative. She is understanding and accommodating of my last minute requests and neurotic mom moments as well. Her professional experience and long history of nannying & childcare shows through her exemplary service she provides time and time again.

I am a single mom and have two daughters, 9 and 13 years old. I had to travel out of state for work for about four days and needed someone to stay at my home to care for my girls while I was gone. 

I hired Jen after meeting with her and watching her interact very well with my kids. She put my mind at ease while I was away and took excellent care of my girls and my home. She was timely with the pick ups and drop offs and made sure they stuck to their normal schedule. She even took them out shopping and for some fun at the arcade. 

My 9 year old had an emergency at school (started her period and bleed through her clothes) and Jen got to her quickly and cheered her up and made her feel comfortable. I was so grateful that she knew exactly how to handle the situation and could really be there for her. 

I will definitely hire Jen again! My girls loved and bonded with her and it's great to know there are trustworthy people out there that will love and care for your kids like you do.

Jensine is very kind and has a calm demeanor. My kids enjoyed the time with her and we will definitely have her back!

Very punctual, professional, and friendly. She did one job, but I do hope she can do more jobs for us in the future.... cause little one keeps asking for her. Thank you.

Jensine was a night nanny for my twins and was super dependable and great with the babies:) We are past needing a nanny at night now but would definitely use her if we ever need a sitter! 

My son is very introverted and Jensine was his first sitter. They got along very well because of Jensine's laid back attitude. She is very patient, trustworthy, reliable, sincere and punctual. We appreciate the time she spent with our family. 

Jensine joined our family 10+ years ago, as the nanny to my 2 sons (one toddler, one baby, both were special needs). She ended up staying with us to be my daughter's nanny for the first year. She still keeps in touch with us and my kids still love seeing her! She is patient, caring, and loving. She is also an excellent face painter/artist and an expert on nutrition! 

She did great with my son, he is very special about people and she handle it really good. Very recommended 

Jensine is a patient, caring & loving individual. I was having issues breastfeeding and latching my newborn, and Jensine was kind enough to pay me a visit and show me step by step proper way to latch my baby! My daughter is now 15 months old (still breastfeeding) and I've contacted Jensine numerous times to babysit. My daughter absolutely loves her!
