With over 30 years of experience dedicated to supporting children from infancy through young adulthood, my background uniquely blends professional nannying, specialized behavioral care, and early childhood development. I spent 25 years as a youth dance educator focusing on social-emotional wellness before transitioning to part-time nannying in 2014 and full-time care in 2021. My well-rounded expertise includes certified postpartum doula training, early childhood coursework, experience caring for three sets of twins, and working formally as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with advanced training in neurodiversity (including autism and ADHD) and positive de-escalation strategies. I am a truly hands-on, "get on the floor" caregiver who excels at creating engaging, milestone-based daily activities, applying gentle redirection, and building deep, trusting bonds with children while keeping family routines running smoothly and safely.
