Horrible communication skills. After asking if she would prefer talking to me, she only continued talking to the father. At least half of contact attempts went unanswered. The one time he did get to talk to Jenny on the phone, he said it was very pleasant and that she was interested, but before even meeting us in person said she needed over 20 an hour and that she was no longer interested (I read his communicating with her and nothing inappropriate was said). She couldn't remember even visiting this site just a few hours prior. First had a minimum of 10 an hour, replied as didn't remember having it that low, then she bumped it to 15 an hour, then over the phone said she needs over 20 an hour since she is a single mom. Profile also says very flexible time/day wise but after hearing her availability over the phone it seemed she had extremely little availability. Overall, we just don't feel Jenny to be a good fit for this type or work. Indecisive, poor memory, bad communication skills.
