I am an avid cat lover, animal lover who has been a cat parent for all of my adult life, and have worked both as a volunteer and employee for a cat rescue for 6 years. During that time I have learned to administer medications in various form (topical, oral, sub-Q fluids, injections) and focused my time heavily on feline behavior and winning over shy or aggressive cats. My skill set leaves me being a responsible, fun, caring, loving, and understanding cat sitter, and it also lends me well for taking care of special needs cats, to provide support for cat parents who need assistance with medicating their cats if they are ill or are in a hospice time of life, and even help trouble shoot some behavioral issues. Though my focus is on cats, I love all animals, do have some experience with dogs and a variety of other creatures, and am happy to consider jobs caring for them too, if I feel I will be a good, confident fit. For all the cat parents out there, Jennifer is your dream come true! We hired her to watch our 2 cats, and her services have been exceptional! She is a cat lover herself, and very knowledgeable about cat quirks and behaviors. Through her work with cat rescues she gained skills in administering medications and managing different cat personalities. She was able to make sure that both my rambunctious 5-year-old and my anxiety-prone 17-year-old had their needs completely met. Jennifer communicated exceptionally well during the process. She was at my house during the times she said she would, and she sent me the most amazing pictures of my girls in action! Given her work ethic and professionalism along with her special touch with animals, I can imagine she would be of great help with all other kinds of animals. She said she loves dogs and farm animals as well. If you want a peace of mind that your pet is totally taken care of, hire Jennifer and you won't be disappointed!
