Jennifer has been my caregiver for about three months now. She was the first caregiver I called on care.com, we talked for a bit and she was here within the hour. I have found her to be prompt, reliable, caring, honest, efficient, and very good at her job. On her own time and initiative, she developed a system which has expedited some of her tasks such that her time to complete them has been cut in half. She also multi-tasks well; for example, she keeps track of the time in which eggs are boiling on the stove, while changing sheets or doing laundry or other tasks which would require focus on more than one activity at the same time, all the while conducting an engaging conversation. She carries out tasks that would usually be outside the scope of personal caregiving, such as bringing in the trash cans from the curb. She has run several miscellaneous errands for me, such as picking up prescriptions from the pharmacy or mailing letters or packages from the post office, and she has always completed them satisfactorily. She always texts me when she is leaving so that I will know when to expect her and should traffic or other issues arise, she likewise texts me with an update. I would, therefore, highly recommend Jennifer for all your caregiving needs.
