I was a certified nurse assistant in 1990 to 2002. I worked in nursing homes. I was good at what I was taught. Mentally I couldn't take watching how little time I was available to spend with each resident. I lost my patience with management. I was able to assist a couple move in to a 3 phase home. Assisted living, nursing abdominal dementia. When the woman started needing more care she was moved to nursing side. She was promised the window side and wasn't given to her. The facility gladly took their money but didn't fulfill the promise. I couldn't handle that. Management and myself couldn't come to an agreement so I had to leave. And that made me change my career. Broke my heart, the husband thanked me for standing up for what I believed in and advocating for his wife that was getting dementia .

Jen did such an amazing job with my aunt and her house while she was recovering. Jen kept the house spotless, made wonderful meals, took care of my aunt as needed (in and out of bath, recliner, etc) and was great company in general. I would definitely hire her again, and I do recommend!
