About Jennifer

I'd describe my personality as very bubbly, out-going, and fun! I'm looking for a job that provides the time to become not only a sitter but apart of a family and be there not only for the children but for the parents/guardian's needs as well! I started working with kids when I stopped my day job as a veterinarian assistant and moved in with my sister to help raise her children. My nieces are my world and it was such a blessing and honor in being able to help transition them from a very difficult situation to a stable, loving, and healthy environment. I absolutely loved being their 'safe person' and I love the bond we now have because of it. In my spare time, I like to visit my family back home in Charlotte, NC! I also love love love taking my dog (I have a little spicy Chihuahua) on long hikes and nature trails! One thing you should know about me is I follow directions straight from the book. I like keeping a tight ship as I realized kids respond best to routine!
