About Jennifer

I'd describe my personality as compassionate and nurturing. I like caring for seniors because their life stories and experiences fascinate me. I love the wisdom and understanding that comes with age. I'm looking for a job where I can provide companionship and care in order to make life a little easier for families. In addition to senior care giving, I have experience providing respite to a family with an adult son with Down Syndrome. I started caring for seniors the summer of 2022 when a friend contacted me with a need thinking care giving would be a good fit for me. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband, 2 teenage boys, and 2 golden retrievers. We love camping, road tripping, paddle boarding, and movie watching together. When not with my family you'll find me listening to audiobooks. I love getting to know new people and sharing life experiences. I love travel and learning about different cultures. And I love animals: cats, dogs, horses, geckos, you name it!
