About Jennifer

Hi! I'd describe my personality as genuine, kind, trustworthy, responsible, curious, empathetic, resourceful, and confident I like working with kids because being a positive influence in a child's life is important to me. I'm looking for a job that adds to my ability of skills because I have many years of child care work but I haven't experienced the life of every single child as they all have different cultures, needs, desires, and more. I began working with kids my 2nd year of high school as a neighborhood babysitter. My mom is a foster parent so I always help provide care for all of the foster children who enter our home (infants). I also have two years of summer camp counselor experience. I am a college student, I love to read books explore the city, especially cultural sites. One thing you should know about me is I am goal oriented and organized. My skills include being First Aid Trained, a certified mandated reporter, flexible, responsible, and emotionally intelligent.
