I needed a driver for a medical procedure and I hired Jennifer. We had great communication leading up to the appointment. On the day of the procedure, she was punctual, professional, and very pleasant to talk to - even at 6 in the morning! She was very kind to me because I was a bit anxious. I would definitely recommend her and I would hire her again. I had a very positive experience. A++
