About Jennifer

Hey there! My name's Jen. I'm 30 years old and live in Nesconset. I've been caring for children since I was 13, kids ranging from four weeks to 13 years old. I have experience teaching in daycares as an infant lead teacher and as a preschool lead teacher. I absolutely adore kids. I'm available nights after 6 p.m. and weekends. Here's a little about me: I'm the youngest of 5, and was brought up in a way most people my age consider "old-fashioned". I was not raised watching television, and movies were a seldom rainy day activity. I was outside playing with my friends or siblings all day and stayed outside until the streetlamps came on. I was always inventing other ways to entertain myself, and that's how I try to entertain the kids I babysit. I love boardgames (even when children invent their own rules - I'm a good sport!), making arts and crafts (I'm a paper snowflake making machine), playing house, doing puzzles, playing dress up, everything!
