Interview with Jennifer for an hour, explained I was new to this process of interviewing nannies and needed 24 hrs to think about what was discussed. Arrange a time to talk the next day and Jennifer didn't call so I reached out and received nothing. Not very professional and very disappointed, I felt really let down by the lack of communication and respect.
