Jenn was an absolute joy to have as our nanny for 3 months. She was caring, patient and attentive towards Baby (from age 3-6m). She would check in periodically to make sure she was interacting with the baby in the way we wanted her to (e.g. how we did her nap routine, diaper changes, wanted no exposure to screens of any kind, etc). She made it a priority to be available to us when we needed her, and she was flexible in her duties, volunteering to help with light household chores without us asking. I always felt safe leaving our baby with her and you could tell she loved our baby. Also, she would always check in on how we were doing and provide words of encouragement (as it can be hard being first time parents). Lastly, Jenn went above and beyond for us. Examples of things she did include bringing me Chick-Fil-A on a busy day, writing out notes for us to provide to Baby's new Montessori school, and compiling a photo album she gave us on our last day. It really can't get better than Jenn!
