About Jennifer

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, kind, and energetic. I like working with kids because taking care of children makes me happier than anything else in life. I'm looking for a job that offers part-time weekend hours. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old. I'm the oldest of 5 children and would babysit my siblings. Then I had my son in 2003 and daughter in 2007. In recent years, my siblings had children and I have 3 nieces & 7 nephews, all under the age of 9. In my spare time, I like to read, play board games, go on bike rides and road trips, and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I work full time from home as a Vice President of Sales in the Insurance industry. I've been with my company for 7 years and I have a bachelors degree in Risk Management and Insurance. My skills include behavioral guidance with positive reinforcement techniques, active listening to both the child and parents, and plenty of patience.
