About Jennifer

A career educator and a caretaker by nature, I have a heart for people, young and old. I recently stepped away from the education field to have more flexibility and time to spend with my grandchildren, and also my aging parents. My experience has been primarily personal. My folks are both 89 years old and while one of them has dementia, they continue to live independently. I provide a great deal of support like: housekeeping, cooking, chores around the yard, shopping, technology assistance, appointment coordination, accompaniment to appointments and more. I am friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. I understand the unique blend of needs: the desire for the person to maintain a sense of control and dignity while also getting the support necessary. I am happy to provide companionship by listening to stories, playing cards, baking, taking walks, or whatever brings joy to the client.
