Jen is our current nanny and we love her so much. She has the biggest heart and is extremely patient with our 1 and 3 year olds. She is communicative and adaptive to our parenting styles. We often rely on her advice for many things since she has been a nanny for so long. I trust her with my children wholeheartedly, which is the most priceless and important aspect of childcare in my opinion. We love her and are sad to be moving on, it just didn't make financial sense for our family.
