If I could give more stars I would! Jen is amazing with our daughter. We've had her as a nanny for almost a year, and now consider her a friend too. She's so nurturing with our little one, yet fun and upbeat at the same time. She is so aware of our daughter's ever-changing needs and milestones, and always brings up any concerns or questions. She communicates well when it comes to what's going on while we're out of the house, as well as scheduling. I feel so lucky to have found her on Care.com!
