Hi, I'm Jennifer! I'm a certified health coach with a strong background in Health, Wellness, Nutrition, hospitality, and client care. For many years, I've helped people make healthier lifestyle, choices, navigate dietary needs, and feel supported in reaching their wellness goals. Most recently, I provided private companion and wellness support for an older adult, combining companionship with personalized meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, dietary accommodations, and assistance with day-to-day needs. I found this work incredibly rewarding because I generally enjoy getting to know people, listening to their stories, and helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and independent. I'm especially interested in working with older adults who would benefit from these along with any transportation needs, or an extra set of caring hands. My goal isn't simply to provide care - it's to become someone your loved one looks forward to seeing.
