Jennifer was great when she came however we felt that we were not a priority for her and what went from weekly went to bi-weekly then I just didn't hear from her when we had an arranged day and this was the 2nd time it had happened, the 1st time she texted me on a Monday finally. We had no issues rescheduling if we could but she was hired with the understanding that our schedules were extremely tight and that is why she was needed. I just don't think she was interested in long-term at our residence.
