My husband and I loved Jenny so much in the interview that we hired her moments after meeting her and were very excited. I had a new job lined up so I was stoked that I found a great nanny with time to spare. Well, come the Sunday before I start work Jenny sends a text. Bear in mind, I had been texting her and confirming with her all along but she texts saying she's having a family emergency and can no longer be J's nanny. My husband had to take the week off work and rather than getting settled into a new job, I spent the week interviewing and desperately looking for new childcare. Hire Jenny if you want her to cancel on you last minute!
