I'm a PhD Candidate at USC studying marine biology. I graduated from UC San Diego in 2017 with a BS in marine biology. I have experience working in formal and informal childcare settings for over 14 years; as a private tutor independently and working for a tutoring company (subjects included: high school biology and chemistry, math, reading, and study skills); as well as a teaching assistant at USC. At USC I also took supplemental courses to improve my teaching. I work with all ages, my rates are semi-flexible, and I have references. I can work with your student to prep for a big exam or do more long-term help- we'll create a plan and make sure your student succeeds! My favorite moment is seeing the "light bulb" turn on in a person's eye because they finally grasp a difficult concept. I'm willing to come to your home, meet in a public space or do remote.
