I have been working at an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant for almost 3 years, handling and cleaning after cats, dogs (large and small, nice and not), parrots, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, and even some wildlife! I will be attending Stony Brook University's graduate program in Ecology and am looking for opportunities in animal work until I start in August. My ultimate way of work revolves around the safety of me and your pet, prioritizing their comfort for a smooth and happy experience. I always suggest a free-of-charge meet and greet for them to get to know me. My experience as a vet assistant also gives the ability to see when an animal is in medical distress and address these problems. If your pet needs medication, I have experience with giving oral, topical, and injectable medications such as insulin as well. Nail trims too!

if you're looking for any bird sitters or someone to care for your birds I definitely recommend jennifer! the entire process was stressful, trying to find a sitter, but jennifer helped and even accommodated my needs to have my conure mango get taken care of! was very responsive and i definitely would love to have jennifer take care of mango again! thank you :)
