About Jennica

Hello! My name is Jennica. I am a graduate student with a masters degree in applied behavior analysis. Growing up, I was one of the oldest of all the children in the family and always caring for the littles ones. In high school, I would volunteer every year as a cabin leader supervising elementary school children at an outdoor education program. I later on worked at a YMCA holding multiple positions working with kids of all backgrounds and ages with the purpose to better their health, development and overall well-being. I also worked as an after school program teacher to provide extra help with homework to students K- 8th grade. I've been a nanny to three families who I've adored very much! The biggest role I've done that I believe would be a great asset as a caregiver is my experience working as behavior therapist for children on the spectrum. I've worked in the field for about 2 years and have learned so much.
