I am open to one time cleaning as well as recurring jobs. I generally charge by the job, as I have developed the skills of efficiently cleaning, and have received comments about how quickly I clean. To give a rough idea, A deep clean takes anywhere from 3-5 hours, maintenance cleaning takes about 2-3 hours. This obviously varies depending on different needs (pets in the home, separate floors, types of flooring, types of bathtubs/showers, hardwater, etc)

Jennell was a fast and extremely thorough cleaner for our move-out cleaning job. She was punctual and forthright about the hours she worked. The house sparkled after she left and the new tenants are more than happy. A great hire!
