Hello, I'm Jenna! I have the privilege of having over 10 years of professional experience working with children from various backgrounds and age groups. I have spent time working as a swim instructor, nanny, Pre-School & Pre-K teacher. I also worked as Registered Behavior Technician with kids on the autism spectrum for 3 years after undergrad. My childcare philosophy is rooted in creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment where children can thrive. I believe in fostering a strong sense of trust and open communication with both the children and their parents. Every child is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs, interests, and developmental stages.
