Jenna, Did a fantastic job for me! My family has a unique situation which I was able to discuss prior to hiring her. She was accommodating pertaining to approaching that with lots of care and comfort. She was open to discussing my expectations on the level of care and setting up a plan to approach. Great follow through on the plan. Jenn was promt showing up when I needed coverage. She communicated during the care giving updates. When there was a minor issue with a child behavior she handled it with the level of care anyone parent would expect and communicated it to me. Most importantly I felt safe with my children under Jenna's supervision and the kids had fun which is what it is all about. Thank you Jenn for helping me.
