We loved Jenna’s profile and thought she would be a great fit for our family, after a little conversation we invited her to come do a trial day (paid of course) to get to know us and we her. We both work from home and have nanny cams so knew it would be safe for us all. 5 pm the evening before I texted to confirm her arrival the next day, 3 hours later she texts me back to say that her children are sick and she can’t get to us. I wonder when / if she would have told us that? Very disappointed.
