Jenna was very sweet, fun and professional. We hired her for overnight care and she wisely wanted to video chat ahead of time so my kids would feel comfortable. They played pretend, showed off their toys, watched a movie, read books, and went to bed without much fuss! Jenna also was comfortable getting my kids up and giving them breakfast if I wanted. She was conscientious about ordering food delivery after my kids went to bed as well, and kept me apprised of their status regarding bed and potty attempts, etc. I really appreciate her professionalism!
